Any prospective Lessee shall provide a credit verification
to the Lessor's entire satisfaction
The Lessee shall provide a proof of proper tenant liability
insurance prior to the commencement of the term
All costs for repairs up to $500 shall be borne by the
Lessee. Should the cost of the repair exceed $500, and not
be due to damages caused by the Lessee's neglect or
otherwise, the balance of said repair exceeding the $500
shall be borne by the Lessor.
Short term subletting of premises on platforms such as, but
not limited to, AirBnB is not permitted.
No pets unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor.
The premises are considered non smoking. Cultivation,
production, distribution, buying and/or smoking of cannabis
is strictly forbidden in the unit, indoors or outdoors, and
in any area of the property.
No painting or renovations unless otherwise agreed upon by
the Lessor.
The Lessor shall provide to the Lessee two(2) complete sets
of all necessary keys and fobs and/or remote controls (last
two where applicable). The Lessee shall return all keys,
fobs and remote controls at the end of the lease term and
shall be responsable, at their own expense, to replace all
keys, fobs and remotes if missing or damaged.
The Garage space is unassigned, it is a common portion for
restricted use.
