Naming only a few, Kayla herself is an Urban Planner, the Agency Executive Officer, Mark Reiner & Max Cronin, spearheaded the commercial MultiFamily division, specializing in optimizing "rentals" to maximize value, combined with a savvy knowledge of targeting investments with interesting yields. The Montria team stands out and apart from all the extra real estate expertise it offers to its select clientele. 95% of our Brokers have not only their Residential License, but also their Commercial License, and are multiverse, to serve the diverse needs of our clients, making our Agency a One Stop Real Estate Company for our clients needs.

In addition to representing Buyers, Sellers & Tenants & Landlords, Kayla and her team offer consulting services and full Marketing & Sales Services to Developers.  With her 25+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, and as a Project Manager, Kayla founded the Agency, Immeubles Montria to offer Condo Developers a one stop shop service from « what product » to « market launch » to « sell out » and even « after sales service », carefully balancing market demand and profitability.

  • 2015 - 2018 Branding, Launch and Sell out of iQuartier Condos in Quartier des Spectacles
  • 2015 to 2017 Kayla took over the mandates to sell out the Xact Condos Project, downtown Montreal, and the Myst on the Lachine Canal, in Griffintown.  
  • 2012 to 2014, The notable successful market launch of MUV Condos, with 2,000 people lined up, at Opening Weekend selling 100+ units, in Rosemont, at time, this successful market launch was the envy of condo projects in Montreal.

2007 to 2011, Kayla Samuels, held the prestigious title as Director of Marketing and Sales for the Societe d’Habitation et de Developpement de la ville de Montreal (SHDM), launching 5 years worth of Acces Condos projects throughout the City of Montreal. Responsible for a volume of $100 Million per year and the 5,000 condos Successfully launched and Sold in record time. Some of the notable projects included: ZoneC (Sud Ouest), Cote Ouest 1 & Cote Ouest 2 (CDN/NDG); Novello 2 (St.Leonard), La Confisserie (Hochelaga Maisoneuve), Faubourg Contrecoeur(Hochelaga Maisonneuve), Le Verso (Lachine), Le Phoenix (St. Laurent) Cité L’Acadie(Ahunsic Cartierville) , La Tannerie (Sud Ouest).
