• 2015 to 2017 Kayla took over the mandates to sell out the Xact Condos Project, downtown Montreal, and the Myst on the Lachine Canal, in Griffintown.  
• 2012 to 2014, The notable successful market launch of MUV Condos, with 2,000 people lined up, at Opening Weekend selling 100+ units, in Rosemont, at time, this successful market launch was the envy of condo projects in Montreal.

2007 to 2011, Kayla Samuels, held the prestigious title as Director of Marketing and Sales for the Societe d’Habitation et de Developpement de la ville de Montreal (SHDM), launching 5 years worth of Acces Condos projects throughout the City of Montreal. Responsible for a volume of $100 Million per year and the 5,000 condos Successfully launched and Sold in record time.
