CONDITIONS TO LEASE:
1- Lessee will provide a copy of employment and/or proof of
income.
Acceptance of promise to lease by the lessor, is subject to
a pre-rental/credit
verification. In case of a negative report, the promise to
lease will be null and void;
2- Lessee is informed that sub-leasing is not permitted,
the condo is non-smoking and
pets are not allowed;
3- The lessor is not responsible for repairing damages or
paying any penalties imposed
by the building administration, that are caused by the
tenant or the tenant's family and guests;
4- The lessee is not allowed to do any aesthetic
modifications of the premises;
5- The Lessee is responsible to maintain the condo in a
clean and habitable manner
throughout the lease term. The condo must be in the same
condition as prior to the occupation. The Lessee is
responsible to clean the property prior to his departure,
cleaning includes all kitchen appliances, washer/ dryer,
and all floors shall be in the same condition as prior to
occupation.
6- On or before moving, the lessee must provide liability
insurance in the amount of 2
million dollars which must be valid for the duration of the
lease as well as the Hydro account.
Failure to provide a copy of the valid insurance and Hydro
account will delay the moving date
without any monetary compensation to the lessee;
7- All costs requested by the building association, and is
related to the move-in/out
shall be at the lessee's expense;
8- The Lessor and his management team have the right to
periodically check the
condition of the premises.
9- Lessee will pay rent by e-transfer, or bank transfer;
